You don’t want to go and distract visitors with your animations when they are actually looking for something specific on your website. Also, adding animations slows down the loading for your website and drive customers away in the process, not to mention affecting your SEO as well. Try taking out the animations from your site. You’ll be amazed by how much it impacts your lead conversions and time-on-site.


2. Images – They say a picture’s worth a thousand words. Images help create a story for your website, and are good tools to support any content that you have. Too many of them, and they’ll slow down the loading of your site, which will affect your search engine ranking in the process. Go through the images on your site, and take out any that don’t help complement the content of your site.


3. Long Pages of Text – There have been plenty of evidence that show Internet users don’t like to scroll to read the information that they need. If you’re putting enough content that it takes several scrolls to reach the bottom of the page, chances are you’ve got too much information or ideas on it. Read through the content that you’ve got, and ask yourself if you have one or many topics on the page. Sinusitis

Sinusitis adalah peradangan saluran pada rongga tengkorak yang menghubungkan hidung dan rongga mata. Kata sinusitis itu sendiri berasal dari bahasa Latin, yaitu sinus yang artinya cekungan dan akhiran itis yang berarti radang.

Gejala sinusitis yang biasanya terjadi adalah :

1. Pilek yang berlangsung lama. Biasanya penderita tidak menyadari dirinya terkena sinusitis, karena gejalanya sering didahului pilek yang berlangsung lama sehingga dianggap biasa.
2. Bila sudah terjadi penumpukan cairan dalam rongga maka kepala menjadi sakit, terutama jika sedang menunduk.
3. Kadang pendengaran berkurang dan badan meriang, sementara ingus terus mengalir.
4. Kehilangan nafsu makan dan indera penciuman menjadi lemah.

Penyebab sinusitis :

1. Hidung tersumbat antara lain disebabkan oleh infeksi virus flu di saat tubuh kurang fit. Infeksi yang menyerang di sekitar hidung dan tenggorokan ini tak jarang menjalar ke sinus (rongga di sekitar hidung yang mengalirkan lendir).
2. Radang pada rongga hidung ini bisa juga disebabkan oleh cara kita membuang ingus yang salah. Ingus yang seharusnya keluar malah tersedot masuk ke rongga sehingga susah dikeluarkan.dapat disebabkan oleh virus ,bakteri atau jamur.
3. Kuman yang biasa menyerang adalah Streptococcus pneumoniae dan Haemo philus influenzae yang ditemukan hampir pada 70 % kasus.
4. Dapat juga disebabkan oleh radang ditempat lain yang berdekatan misalnya radang tenggorokan ,radang Amandel ,radang pada gigi geraham atas ,kadang juga disebabkan karena berenang ,menyelam ,trauma tekanan udara (biasanya pada awak pesawat)
5. Allergi dapat memperberat penyakit ini, sehingga orang yang memang telah mengidap alergi akan lebih mudah terkena radang sinus ini.

Siapa saja yang rentan terkena sinusitis?

1. Perokok, karena hawa panas yang dihisap dapat merangsang organ di sekitar hidung sehingga menimbulkan iritasi dan memperbesar kemungkinan timbulnya sinusitis.
2. Penderita alergi. Perubahan temperatur dan kelembaban yang mencolok dapat mengakibatkan peradangan di dalam hidung yang mungkin merambat ke dalam sinus.
3. Perenang.
4. Penderita influenza dan
5. Mereka yang tinggal di udara kering.

Berikut adalah tips untuk penanganan sinusitis :

1. Pemberian antibiotik, untuk mengobati infeksi yang terjadi.
2. Kompres hangat dengan memakai handuk untuk mengurangi nyeri di sekitar wajah.
3. Tinggal di lingkungan udara yang bersih.
4. Mencegah lebih baik daripada mengobati. Banyaklah mengkonsumsi vitamin Capabila dirasa tubuh kurang fit dan rajinlah berolahraga untuk mempertebal daya tahan tubuh kita. Apabila terkena penyakit pilek yang membandel atau serangan flu lebih dari seminggu.
5. Manfaatkan dengan air panas. Saat mandi, gunakan shower air hangat, usap dahi, hidung dan dagu dengan waslap yang dibasahi air panas, agar lubang hidung terbuka lebar. Rongga hidung yang kering lebih mudah terinfeksi daripada yang basah.
6. Perbanyak memakan makanan yang pedas, umumnya makanan berbumbu pedas dapat memperlebar lubang hidung.
7. Usahakan hidung selalu dalam kondisi lembab, terutama tatkala cuaca di luar panas terik.
8. Perbaiki daya tahan tubuh. Caranya, istirahat yang cukup dan makan panganan yang penuh gizi. kurangi merokok atau kalau bisa berhenti merokok.

Obat yang biasa diberikan untuk sinusitis virus adalah penghilang rasa nyeri seperti parasetamol dan dekongestan. Selain obat-obatan tersebut, ada pilihan pengobatan lain yang bisa Anda coba yakni pengobatan secara herbal dengan menggunakan beberapa bahan alami. Berikut beberapa tumbuhan obat yang bisa digunakan:

1. Sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata, papaitan (Sumatera), ki oray, ki peurat, ki ular, takilo, bidara, sadilata, sambilata, takila (Jawa), chuan xin lien (Cina)). Tanaman ini memiliki efek sebagai antiradang, antiinfeksi, dan meredakan nyeri atau analgesik. Penggunaannya yakni dengan merebus 9-15 gram sambiloto kering, lalu meminum airnya. Untuk pemakaian luar, sambiloto dihaluskan lalu airnya diteteskan ke hidung. Tanaman ini berkhasiat meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh dan meluruhkan dahak.
2. Lidah buaya (Aloevera). Lidah buaya yang juga bisa diolah menjadi minuman segar ini memiliki efek antiradang dan penghilang nyeri. Penggunaanya yakni dengan mengupas kulitnya, dagingnya lalu direbus kemudian diminum. Untuk pemakaian luar, cairannya cukup ditetskan ke hidung.
3. Jahe ( Zingiber officinale). Jahe memberikan efek rasa pedas dan hangat sehingga akan melapangkan saluran napas dan mengurangi penyumbatan lendir, juga sebagai antiradang.
4. Sambung nyawa (Gynura procumbens back). Tanaman ini memiliki efek sebagai antiradang dan melancarkan pernapasan.
5. Bawang putih (Allium sativum). Bawang putih yang harum ini memiliki efek sebagai antibiotik, menstimulasi sistem imun, dan melancarkan jalan pernapasan.
6. Kunyit (Curcuma longa L). Si bumbu dapur ini mampu mengurangi penyumbatan, juga sebagai antibakteri dan antiradang.
7. Sereh (Andropogon citratus). Sereh mampu melancarkan sirkulasi meridian dan darah, sebagai antiradang, serta menghilangkan rasa sakit.
8. Krisan (Chrysanthemum morifolium Ram.). Tumbuhan berbunga ini bisa digunakan sebagai penurun panas, antibiotik, antiradang, menurunkan tekanan darah, dan membersihkan darah.

Buat lo semua yang lagi mau wisuda terutama di Maret 2011!

Buat yang sedang mengejar Sidang, SEMANGAT! karena itu sidang terakhir untuk wisuda maret! Rumor yang beredar, kalo mo daftar sidang harus prasidang dulu (tetapi itu semua tergantung skill nego lo sama pembimbing). Silahkan liat detailnya diadmin jurusan buat tanggal2-nya, trus buat print2 form2 buat sidang nih klik disini. Nih gw kasi step by step ampe kelar revisi:

1. banyak-banyak berdoa, banyak solat, banyak pasang dupa, banyak ke gereja, dzikir dan sebagainya dah
2. urusin nilai-nilai lo yang blom fix. buat caranya, tanya jurusan!
3. Lembar Permohonan Sidang TA (ditanda tangani dua pembimbing& Dosen Wali)
4. 1 lembar Copy KTM (Yang masih berlaku)
5. prasidang jangan lupa, buat ngisi lembar kuning yang sisi pertama. kalo emang ga sanggup dah cari temen2 lo, minta tanda tangan, abis itu nego pembimbing, kalo ga bisa yawdah, semangat ya nak! prasidang! bikin slide trus presentasi dah lo ama pembimbing lo.
6. lembar kuning yang satu sisi lagi itu hasil prasidang lo, yang satu sisi lagi itu hasil bimbingan lo selama ini (8 kali minimal). kalo emang ga memenuhin, dah nego aja pembimbingnya.
7. bikin 4 buku TA soft cover tidak dijilid cukup dijepit klip (1 buat jurusan 3 buat penguji) buat syarat sidang, dengan tanda tangan Pembimbing Asli di lembar pengesahan. potokopi aja kalo lo ga punya duit. trus kalo emang blum fix, udah kumpulin aja, ntar lo revisi. tapi inget, pembimbing kudu setuju!
8. Jurnal Penelitian TA yang sesuai dengan format yang ditentukan. jgn lupa!
9. 1 lembar Photo Copy Tanda Lulus Tahap Persiapan . cari di PPDU kalo blom ngambil
10. 1 lembar Photo Copy Tanda Lulus Tahap Sarjana Muda. cari di admin jurusan klo blom ngambil. daftar kalo blom daftar. liat diformnya buat syaratnya.
11. 2 lembar Photo copy SK pembimbing yang masih berlaku
12. Telah lulus seluruh mata kuliah S-1 (hasil print-an nilai disini nih klik  atau kalo ga bisa coba yang ini nih klik nih ditanda tangani Kaprodi (Pak Kore))
13. Photo 2 Lembar hitam Putih 3x4 Harus Berjas & berdasi untuk Putra, Pakaian Nasional Untuk Putri ,latar belakang photo harus putih, photo jangan yang langsung jadi (Polaroid/Scanner)
14. Bukti Setor biaya sidang Tugas Akhir dari Bank. sejuta! potokopi dulu, ngeri selek ntarnya.
15. daftar, dah pake map yang ditentukan dari jurusan.
16. abis itu ntar ditanda tangan tuh berkas2 di map, lo suru nulis nomer urut sidang lo trus nanti tulis di buku.
17. ntar selesai dari situ 3 buku yang tadi lo kumpulin dibalikin, terus lo tinggal cari penguji.
18. awas, jangan salah memilih penguji. karena itu bisa berakibat FATAL!
19. abis semua penguji dikasi buku, lo tinggal pelajari lebih dalam TA lo, tonton penguji2 lo lagi nguji, cari sela perntanyaan mereka karena itu biasanya yang ditanya ke lo nanti
20. latihan persentasi, belajar sama temen2 lo yang ikut MLM, biasanya jago tuh mereka.
21. catet pertanyaan2 yang kronis, temuin jawabannya sebelum lo dibantai di hari sidang.
22. anggap sidang itu hal yang biasa aja, jangan terlalu lebay. soalnya nanti abis sidang, lo pasti ngerasain "oh ternyata sidang tuh gini doang, gw ternyata lebay.."
23. cari tahu makes (makanan kesukaan) dan mikes (minuman kesukaan) para penguji lo. (suru isi diari jaman SD kalo perlu). nanti pas sidang lo, kasi makanan kesukaan dan minuman kesukaan penguji, biar mood mereka bagus. kalo perlu kasi prasmanan tuh.
24. waktu sidang, jangan sok tahu, itu bahaya. jawab pertanyaan yang lo tau aja, kalo ga tau, jawab ga tau. kalo lo sok tau, lo menggali kuburan lo sendiri. trus jawab pertanyaan yang lantang, jgn membleeee.
25. lalu tatapan mata harus merkomunikasi terhadap penguji yang nanya, jgn malu-malu ntar malah malu-maluin
26. beres sidang, jangan lupa bersyukur trus kerjain revisi lo cepet jangan ditunda-tunda, ntar basi.
27. abis itu lo boleh rehat sedikit. ntar soalnya banyak pretelan pretelan yang harus lo urus.

 
Buat yang sudah lulus sidang dan kelar revisi, SELAMAT! nah sekarang yang kalian lakuin:

1. ambil form pendaftaran wisuda di jurusan ato cari dimana kek..
   
2. ambil form biodata ijazah di jurusan ato cari dimana kek..
3. ambil SKL dijurusan, bawa KTM
4. fotokopi SKL ama hasil print-an nilai disini nih klik  atau kalo ga bisa coba yang ini nih klik nih. maksimal 4 rangkap kasi ke Kaprodi buat di legalisir (Pak Kore), kata Pak Kore, kalo dia sedang baik, mo berpuluh2 rangkap silahkan, tapi kalo lagi ga baik, ya lo bisa tebak kan, jadi, sadar sendiri aja yah!.
5. ambil validasi transkrip, isi, minta ttd dosen wali trus kasi lagi ke admin jurusan
6. beli buku yang tebelnya 200 halaman minimal, terbitan taun 2009 minimal, berhubungan dgn jurusan lo & terus kasi ke perpus sambil bawa KTM, CD TA lo buat dikasiin, form wisuda ama biodata ijasah yg udah di-isi, 2 biji kartu perpus (kalo ga ada denda Rp. 2.500 buat masing2 kartunya), nanti suru ngisi2 di web perpus atas buat di web gt, trus jgn lupa minta cap. itu buat menuhin 10 syarat yg ada di form pendaftaran wisuda sama biodata ijazah
   
7. Bayar buat test EPRT Rp. 35.000 trus daftar EPRT di PPDU, nah Test EPRT itu cuma ada hari Jumat (kuota 20 orang) & Sabtu (kuota 40 orang) jam 9,11,13 di masing2 hari. kalo lulus sertifikatnya bisa diambil paling seminggu abis test. potokopi soalnya itu buat menuhin 10 syarat yg ada di form pendaftaran wisuda
8. cetak poto 3x4 full color 2 biji, 4x6 hitam putih 2 biji, Harus Berjas & berdasi untuk Putra, Pakaian Nasional Untuk Putri, photo jangan yang langsung jadi (Polaroid/Scanner) samain sama yg buat ijazah
